Eligible Children
Children aged 18 months to 8 years (up to the equivalent of Grade 2 in Japanese elementary school).
・If your child has a fever of 37.5°C or higher, a rash, vomiting, diarrhea, or other symptoms on the day of use, we may not be able to accept your child.
Please note: This facility does not provide care for sick children. If your child shows signs of illness, please consider visiting a medical institution.
You may also visit Tokyo Business Clinic, which is located within the same facility. Appointments are not required, so please use it as needed.

Application for Use
We give priority to advance reservations. Same-day use may be available if there are openings.

Reservation
Reservations are accepted 24 hours a day via our dedicated website. You may make a reservation up to 30 minutes before your visit. (Reserve here)
Reservation Cancellations
To ensure smooth operation, please complete cancellations by the day before whenever possible. For same-day cancellations, please contact the facility you were scheduled to use by phone.
What to Bring
To help your child stay comfortable, please prepare the following items as needed.
Please write your child’s name on all items.
(1)Change of clothes, underwear, disposable diapers, wipes, etc.
(2)Plastic bags (for taking home used clothes, etc.)
(3)Drinks
(If needed) Lunch and snacks
• Lunch, snacks, water, diapers, etc. can also be added as optional services.

• Please note that refrigerators and microwaves are not available (available at Yaesu North Exit only). Bring food that does not spoil easily.
• For safety reasons, please avoid foods that may cause choking, such as grapes, cherry tomatoes, konjac jelly, candy, etc.
(4)Identity verification document (for first-time users only)
A document that confirms the child’s name and date of birth (such as a health insurance card, My Number card, eligibility confirmation document, passport, residence card, etc).
Pick-up
To ensure your child feels safe and secure, please arrive by the scheduled pick-up time.
If you are late, the facility may contact you to confirm the situation.
Emergency Response
In case of injury or sudden changes in your child’s condition, we will promptly contact the parent/guardian (emergency contact) and, if necessary, cooperate with relevant organizations (emergency services, government agencies, etc.). Depending on the situation, we may ask for your cooperation in prompt pick-up to ensure your child’s safety.
Handling of Personal Information
In accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act, all personal information collected through application forms and other documents will be properly managed.
Other Information
Services may be suspended due to unavoidable circumstances such as severe weather or suspension of public transportation.
In the unlikely event of an accident caused by reasons attributable to our facility, we will respond appropriately.
However, this does not apply to force majeure events or accidental incidents between children.

Q&A
Q１：Is it okay if this is my first time using the service?
Yes. First-time users are welcome to use our service with confidence.
We also welcome users who live outside Tokyo and Chiba.
Q２：What is the ratio of staff to child in the room?
We provide one adult for every 5 children. There are some cases in which we may minimalise the ratio depending on children’s age.
Q３：How big is the room?
The room is 33㎡, which would be enough for children to play freely.
Q４：What kind of toys do you have?
We have different kinds of blocks, toys for role play, books, and other kinds of toys that children are able to choose.
Q５：Is there are nap time in your daily routine?
Yes, we have cots and blankets for children to use. If your child does not need to sleep, he/she can have quiet-play-time while other children are sleeping.
Q６：What kind of food should we prepare for my child?
Anything is accepted such as homemade lunch box and sandwiches or rice balls from stores etc.
※There are paid options of lunch, dinner and snacks, please ask us earlier (by 5pm the day before) or check up the reservation site.
Please avoid soup, something that has strong smell like natto beans. Pet bottles and packed drinks are also accepted.
※In Chiba, there no refrigerator and microwave oven, so please prepare food that should be fine to be stored at room temperature.
※Please avoid cherry tomatos, grapes or konnyaku food to avoid choking.
Q７：Is there a space for strollers?
Yes, you may leave a stroller while your child is staying in the room.
Q８：Where should we evacuate in the event of a disaster?
In the event of a disaster, we will evacuate with the highest priority on ensuring your child’s safety.
The evacuation locations are as follows:
• Familia Kids Perie Chiba
Evacuation site: Chiba Park
• Familia Kids Yaesu North Exit
Temporary evacuation site (in the event of a fire within the Tekko Building or a large-scale earthquake requiring evacuation):

Please note that phone lines may be difficult to reach during a disaster. After confirming the situation, please come to pick up your child at the above evacuation location as soon as possible within your ability.
Q９：What payment methods are available?
We generally ask that payments be made cashless.
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments.
Cash payments are also accepted.
Q1０：Is there a parking lot?
Please use nearby parking facilities when visiting. The main parking options are as follows:
• Familia Kids Perie Chiba
Perie Chiba Multilevel Parking Garage (JR Chiba Station West Exit rotary)
Fee: ¥400 for the first hour / ¥200 for each additional 30 minutes
One hour free with purchases of ¥3,000 or more at Perie Chiba
• Familia Kids Yaesu North Exit
Tekko Building Parking (near the childcare facility)
Fee: ¥700 per hour
One hour free with purchases of ¥3,000 or more at the Tekko Building
